Do you ever wonder why you are experiencing a gall bladder attack? Men sometimes neglect gall bladder and its functions to the human body, never even paying attention to it and taking time to learn about it because as long as there is no sickness felt, men sometimes assure themselves they are okay and nothing could be wrong. Unlike major organs in our body, the gall bladder is sort of neglected, and this is because people don’t know its functions in our body and they only find the interest and the time to study more about it when diseases are already arising and starting to surface.
When we take in food, good or bad, you take in all its minerals and good stuffs but you also take in the not-so-good stuffs in them like cholesterol, fats and other chemicals that maybe present in it, but thanks to the cleansing agent produced by the liver, called bile, our body can be safe and get rid of all the bad stuffs. Bile from the liver is stored by the gall bladder and the gall bladders concentrates it so it can break down all the fats and cholesterol into tiny pieces upon its entrance to the gall bladder and finally be easily eradicated out of the body. It is in the gall bladder that the breaking down of fats and cholesterol occurs so that the toxins and bad stuffs it brings can be thrown out of the body so in a way, the gall bladder is also vital.
So, what do you think can cause gall bladder pain and why do most people experience this?
Gallstones or these mineral deposits that form when the fats that are supposed to be broken down solidified and were not broken down properly due to factors like insufficient amount of bile salts and acids and pain is felt because of the blockage of bile ducts caused by these stones; while another factor causes pain is the gall bladder disease or any impairment in the gall bladder though it may not be directly caused by gallstones. It is common for you to feel the following symptoms when there are attacks on your gall bladder:
-pain
-yellowing of skin and eyes/jaundice
-fever
-diarrhea
-nausea
-bloating
-vomiting
-feeling of indigestion
These symptoms of attacks are mostly felt by women, diabetic people, obese people, heredity reasons, unhealthy diet, pregnant women, and old people, but if you want to avoid the pain and discomfort produced by these attacks on your gall bladder, then do not take your gall bladder for granted and do something that can prevent cases like these to occur. Your gall bladder also needs all the help it can get from you so it won’t fail you just like the rest of your body and so if you are obese, strive hard to lose weight and maintain a proper weight because obese people have lots of fats inside you and this could make the gall bladder tired of functioning what with the many fats you have. Having a healthy diet all the time, preventing foods that are rich in cholesterol and as much as possible avoiding fried foods and oily foods, can help prevent a gallbladder attack as well as exercise can also help your gall bladder eliminate fats easily because it’s like you are assisting your bladder in doing its function to eliminate fats and toxins out of your body.
